Ways to store your YesChilli sauce for use:
- Use straight out of the bottle.
- As a chilli oil: Decant the Yeschilli sauce into a clean jar such as an empty jam jar.
- Allow the ingredients to settle (about 15 minutes) leaving the oil at the top.
- Using a funnel, pour the oil back into the bottle and store for use as a chilli oil.
- As a paste: Leave about half an inch of oil to cover the top of the settled ingredients in the jar. Store for use as a paste.
